Harrisburg, PA, August 27, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The UPNEXT 1.0 Hack is a week-long contest in which teams compete to transform an idea into a viable product for a chance to $25,000 in cash and prizes. In true startup fashion, teams will work throughout the week to create the best product and present the best pitch to impress the judges. The UPNEXT 2.0 Pitch Contest is designed for established startups who wish to polish their pitches in order to impress a panel of Angel and VC investors. Businesses will have the opportunity to pitch to active investors and the winner will receive an exclusive audience with one or more investors. Participants may also have their company featured in marketing and advertising materials for current and future UPNEXT Fest events. Both of these contests are part of the 8-day UPNEXT Festival that celebrates technology, design and the arts in the Capital region.
