The Board of Directors of The Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of three new directors effective immediately.
Harrisburg, PA, May 13, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The appointees are Brian Rusignuolo, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Select Medical Corporation, George J. Spanos, Vice President of Global Business Systems, The Hershey Company and Jay Parrish, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Members 1st Federal Credit Union.

Mr. Rusignuolo serves as SVP & CIO for Select Medical. As CIO, Brian provides technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives that support and further improve Select Medical’s health care service throughout the country. He collaborates with business partners to foster innovative thinking, optimize the use of information technology to achieve strategic goals and maximize operational efficiencies. He also leads the Information Services (IS) department in all large joint venture and business development activities, ensuring that established methodologies and systems remain consistent.
Mr. Spanos is VP of Global Business Systems for The Hershey Company, reporting directly to the CIO. In this role, he leads a program to build advanced data and analytics capability using innovative big data technology dramatically improving the speed and effectiveness of business decision making. He also oversees the development team responsible for building Hershey's Commercial and Digital capabilities including Retail Execution, eCommerce and Digital Marketing. Mr. Spanos’ responsibilities also include global technology account management for Hershey’s North America Region and for the Finance and HR functions.
Mr. Parrish, is EVP & CIO at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, with more than 30 years of experience in technology. For the past 19 years he has led the technical operations of Members 1st FCU. Through his leadership and contribution to an effective management team, Members 1st has grown from a small, little known local credit union to the 50th largest credit union in the country. Members 1st is widely recognized as a major financial services provider in the Central PA region with nearly $3 billion in assets and 60 branch locations.
