The 3rd annual UpNext Festival (www.upnextfest.com) will be held from October 10th through October 17th. Started in 2013 as Harrisburg Startup Weekend, the UpNext Festival has grown into eight days of events celebrating technology, design and the arts in the Harrisburg region.
